This is a very short kriti by Shri Purandara dasaru, where the devotee pleads for mercy and yearns for His compassion.
This kriti has been beautifully rendered by many Carnatic singers.  I have tried to present the meaning (bhaava) of this Kriti along with word-by-word meaning.

You are the rescuer of Gajendra (Gajendra moksha), fulfiller of all our wishes
